GARDA LAKE MARBLEHEAD MEETING

1. Venue
The Garda Lake Marblehead Meeting will be held at Campione del Garda (Brescia) Italy.
2. Program

3. Rules
3.1. The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
4. Eligibility
4.1. The competition is open to International Marblehead class boats.
5. Registration
5.1. A valid Marblehead Class Certificate for each boat must be submitted at registration.
6. Scoring and Racing System
6.1. The Garda Lake Meeting will be raced and scored under the Heat Management System (HMS). Entries shall be limited to 45 boats.
7. Umpires
7.1. Umpires will be present at the event.
7.2. Observers may be required between competitors not in the race
8. Entries
8.1. Send your request to participate with "Contact" on www.barcheradiocomandate.it website, at the latest by the 26/10/2014
Entry fee of € 50 Euros per competitor will be paid at the moment of registration
9. Frequencies
9.1. Competitors not using 2.4 GHz devices shall have possibility of use at least two frequencies.
10. Prizes
10.1. Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 positions in the final results.
11. Liability
11.1. All those entering or taking part in the Garda Lake Marblehead Meeting do so at their own risk and responsibility. Barcheradiocomandate, Vela Club Campione, and any other parties involved in the organisation of this event disclaim any and every responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or inconvenience that might occur to persons and goods, both ashore and on the water as a consequence of entering or participating in the Garda Lake Marblehead Meeting.
11.2. At all times the responsibility for the safety of their boat and themselves including the decision to participate or continue shall rest with the competitor. By entering the event it is deemed that you accept these conditions. Competitors are advised to ensure that they have adequate personal insurance that provides cover for public liability and their possible injury in Italy.
